KUSCO is pleased to announce its support of the 3rd IMPACTs Conference, which was successfully held in New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference concluded with full attendance and overwhelmingly positive feedback, reaffirming its role as a premier platform for first- and second-generation Korean American professionals in science and technology. Under the theme, “Empowering Connections: Navigating Modern Team Dynamics,” this year’s event brought together nearly 50 participants for a multi-day experience filled with inspiration, professional development, and meaningful networking opportunities.
The conference featured a robust lineup of keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and open forum roundtable discussions centered on the evolving landscape of the modern workplace. Attendees explored the
importance of workplace communication and how to strategically interact with new people they just met, how to communicate across a multi-generational workforce, and how to negotiate and work across technical and nontechnical
audiences — equipping them with the interpersonal and leadership skills needed to thrive in today’s hybrid, cross-functional environments.
A key highlight of IMPACTs 2026 was the growing ecosystem of support. In addition to welcoming our new corporate and individual sponsors, the conference reinforced its mission of building a strong peer-to-peer network for Korean-American professionals navigating the corporate world. Notably, New Orleans marked a historic milestone as the first time to have a KSEA presence in the state of Louisiana, reflecting the event’s expanding reach and ambition. Attendees left not only with practical insights, but also with renewed motivation and a strengthened sense of community
