Dr.Jung-Keuk Kang, President of Korea Ocean Research & Development Institute (KORDI), visited to KUSCO on April 19th. The main purpose of the visit was to utilize KUSCO as an incubator center to promote cooperation between the U.S. and Korea specialized in ocean research. Dr.Jong-Deok Kim, Director of KUSCO described what KUSCO’s role in this work. There was productive discussion during the meeting, and both parties expect to have more concrete dialogue in the near future.
