KUSCO held the 3rd Long-Term Development Plan Committee meeting on July 22nd via video conference. 6 committee members were attended as well as project management teams. This meeting was focused on finalizing the report on following items especially establishing new mission, vision and goals;
- Overview of LTDP
- Analysis of KUSCO Accomplishments since 1997
- Analysis of KUSCO Stakeholders
- Analysis of Benchmarking Models
- Future Strategies & Action Plans
KUSCO will no longer have a LTDP Committee meeting and its report would be presented at the 17th KUSCO BoD Meeting on August 12th in Park City, Utah.
