KUSCO held the 2nd Long-Term Development Plan (LTDP) Committee meeting on June 11th at the KUSCO conference room. 6 committee members have participated in the meeting. During the meeting, various discussions were conducted including analysis of KUSCO stakeholders, benchmarking models, future strategy, action plans and etc.
This 2nd meeting was focused on how to implement the each action plan based on the in-depth analysis of benchmarking models and stakeholders. The 3rd LTDP meeting will be placed via teleconference on July 22th.
