KUSCO successfully provided a venue for the Korean Overseas Voting for the Presidential Election from  December 5th to 10th. There were approximately 223,600 Koreans registered within the U.S. for overseas voting.
Of a total of 5,061 registered voters in D.C. area, 3,572 voters (nearly 71%) have voted at the polling station set up at KUSCO conference Room.

Ballot boxes will be sent by diplomatic courier to Korea by Dec. 16th before they are transported to 251 regional election commissions across the country. Vote counting will begin as soon as the main voting closes at 6 p.m. on Dec. 19th.

KUSCO strongly believe this will contribute to promote KUSCO’s visibility not only within S&T community but also the local community.
