One of programs KUSCO will sponsor during 1st Quarter, 2012 is “2012 AKPA Annual Conference” which will be held 2012 during the 2012 American Physical Society (APS) March meeting in Boston, Massachusetts from February 27 – March 2. Total Number of speakers and expected Participants are 130.
The objective of the proposed symposium is to help establishing the network among scientists and engineers residing in US and Korea and to provide the platform for collaboration by introducing representative research activities in US and Korea. The annual APS (American Physics Society) March meeting is a golden opportunity to hold such a symposium because many professionals and students are coming from Korea (more than ~150) and many Korean scientists and students residing in US are coming (~150) to attend the meeting.
